Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

Non Rural Area - $7

Rural Area - $12

Shipping Service - Tracked Courier (Aramex/ NZ Post), Non Signature.

 

Shipping time frame:

Products will be shipped within 3 working days after receiving payment.

Delivery time (most likely):

1-5 working days for non-rural Address

2-7 working days for rural address

Delays may occur during peak times - e.g. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc.

 

Undeliverable address & returned items:

If an order is returned back to us for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, TruFlair reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.

Damaged and Missing Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us, we will investigate and lodge an inquiry for you.

In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed at the time of delivery.

Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.
